Nobody would call Eloise the Dancing Pig quick to start. She came to it late. A Thursday afternoon in a pink tutu and no plan. The living room became a stage. The garden. Once, the cereal aisle, where she held up the line and didn't mind a bit. She doesn't need the music to move. She just dances.

I painted Eloise with the kind of bold brushstrokes that mirror her uninhibited spirit. The warm pinks against cool grays create a visual symphony that makes her dance leap from the surface.
