ARTIST STATEMENT

Meet Merrill Weber, an artist and creative instigator, located in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Merrill has been painting and creating work since before she could walk. Her mother would tint whipped cream and encourage her to paint on the walls while taking a bath. Today, she still approaches everything she does with that same childlike enthusiasm.

Merrill is an award-winning artist who is currently represented by several fine art galleries. Her work has been included in hundreds of exhibitions, and in museums and collections throughout the world. Her impressionistic paintings capture snippets of life in creative ways, to share what is meaningful to her. Her creations are described by collectors as imaginative, playful, happy and filled with energy and hope.

Merrill's art studio is located in Spring City, Pennsylvania, in a renovated knitting mill factory built in 1896, with high ceilings and beautiful northern light. Her first floor studio is open by appointment
